Shipping Policy
 
Hair care online dispatch orders twice per day 10am and 4pm, 
90% of orders are shipped within 1 working day.
Hair Care Online products can be shipped anywhere in Australia .
Your order will be delivered to the shipping address provided through your registration.
Shipping is performed by Australia Post with Tracking provided

Tracking of orders
An email will be sent to user when he/she purchases an item from Hair Care Online. The email will comprise an order status and tracking details for your order.
Expected Time to receive:
The average delivery time is 2-3 business days from time of order the maximum time to deliver a product to the Customer is 12 working days after approval of payment. If your order has not arrived please contact us on info@ascaripty.com for help
 
Return Policy
We understand that certain circumstances can lead you to re-evaluate the purchase decision. If you wish to return or exchange a product for any reason, Hair Care Online has set guidelines in place,
The basis for refund/return will be evaluated on the following conditions:
Item(s) need to be returned within 90 days of receiving it.
The product should be unopened, unused and still in resalable condition. Original tags should still be attached (if any).
The packaging should also be in its original condition from delivery. Some products are sealed, and we expect that the seal is intact when you return the product.
To simplify the process, all Return/Exchange requests will be treated as a refund. Once you return the item, we will process it for refund, and you can always place another order for the intended product
Product damaged by the customer will not be eligible for return Refunds will only be processed when the item is received by Hair Care Online
Refunds will only be proceeded on furnishing of original receipt issued by Hair Care Online
Once returned product is received, the refund will be made to the customer’s original form of payment
All other costs incurred for shipping / returns will be borne by the customer.
 
You are encouraged to contact us at the soonest possible time for prompt processing of the Return/Exchange. Please make certain that the product you ordered will be returned in the same state that you received them.
Tips to help facilitate an easier refund process:
If you can’t return the item with the original packaging material intact, you can use any sturdy box and newspaper as fillers to minimise product movement during transport.
You are responsible for any damage during transport caused by the use of unsuitable packaging.
Please note that we cannot accept returns that are sent back to us without prior approval.
